Gioele has been living in Fuerteventura for almost 20 years — he’s now more majorero than gofio!
Passionate about island life, he loves exploring its villages, joining local celebrations, and enjoying the beaches almost every day.
At work, he is known for his precision and great attention to detail.
With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has been one of the two founding forces behind Kaza Hogar — a project born from the shared dream of creating a modern, approachable, and dynamic company.
Today, he continues to nurture that dream with the same passion and commitment as on the very first day.
Katja
Katja was the other driving force and the soul of Kaza Hogar.
Her energy, natural elegance, and unique way of connecting with people left a deep mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Her spirit remains present in every corner of the company — in the way we treat our clients and in the values that continue to guide us.
Although she is no longer physically with us, her essence remains a fundamental part of Kaza Hogar: a constant reminder that projects built from the heart never truly fade.

Daniela has called Fuerteventura home for more than 15 years, embracing island life with the warmth and openness that define her character.
For the past 7 years, she has been an essential part of the Kaza Hogar team, where her dedication, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic shine through in everything she does. Known for her positive attitude and approachable nature, Daniela consistently brings a dynamic energy to her work, always ready to assist clients and find effective solutions with professionalism and a smile.
Passionate about connecting with people, she believes that kindness and good energy make a meaningful difference in every interaction. Tanja has been living in Fuerteventura since 2009, embracing the island’s unique spirit and lifestyle from the very beginning.
With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, she brings deep expertise and an authentic passion for her work.
